You will play a key role in building trust, scheduling tours, and ensuring parents have a seamless experience with us. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, driven by numbers, and motivated to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound parent inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.- Engage with parents with empathy, understand their requirements, and position KLAY as the right solution.- Schedule center tours and ensure proper follow-up until tour visit.- Maintain daily call productivity with an average talk time of 2.5–3.5 hours/day.- Accurately update lead status in CRM and ensure 100% adherence to processes.- Follow scripts while adapting to parent queries with warmth and clarity.- Support team performance by meeting individual KPIs on calls, tours, and conversions.Key Requirements- 1–2 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, customer engagement, or counseling (education/edtech industry preferred).- Fluency in English (both verbal and written).- Basic proficiency in CRM or lead management tools is an advantage.What We’re Looking For- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and problem-solving.- A professional who balances warmth with goal-orientation.- A team player who is eager to learn and grow within the organization.Send us your resumes with subject line ' Application for Pre-Sales Executive' to
