Job Overview

Hiring a Sales & Marketing Lead with proven experience in IT services/products sales across US, UK, EU & Middle East, focused on achieving targets and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business for IT services and IT products in international markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East).
  • Leverage Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other platforms to acquire leads and close deals.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor strategies.
  • Track KPIs, sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.
  • Attend business events, client calls, and international meetings when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of proven international sales experience in IT services and/or IT products.
  • Strong experience with Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and closing deals in US, UK, EU, and Middle East regions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (if required).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
