Our project‑based classes cover more than fifteen programming languages along with robotics, virtual reality and creative technology. Lessons are delivered online or in person by vetted computer‑science instructors, with flexible scheduling, small class sizes and personalised curricula. We partner with major technology companies to offer programmes around the world, and families can start with a free introductory class and pay month‑to‑month with no long‑term commitment.
Location: Remote (Lucknow-based preferred)
Work Hours: 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST, 6 days a week
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to join our team. This role is critical for ensuring smooth communication with our USA based clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English (spoken and written), able to understand various US accents, and comfortable working night shifts six days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Outreach
- Contact potential new clients via email, phone calls, and other approved methods.
- Reach out to customers after product trials to convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and provide timely updates to the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management
- Send periodic check-in emails to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries through email, phone, or chat.
- Use company-provided templates to maintain brand tone, while customizing responses when needed.
- Track and escalate customer concerns to the relevant team members when required.
Sales Support & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and update CRM tools regularly.
- Share daily activity reports with the sales manager, highlighting client interactions and conversions.
- Support the sales team in executing outreach campaigns and handling customer queries.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong ability to understand and adapt to different US accents (essential for phone and voice-based communication).
- Comfortable working night shifts (10:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST), 6 days a week.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (business, marketing, or related fields) – not mandatory if candidate has relevant experience.
- Freshers can apply as well.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (MS Office, email platforms, CRM systems).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
