About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional to join our team as a
Customer Success Manager
. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients post-deployment, ensuring smooth onboarding, resolving queries, monitoring usage and adoption, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and coordination skills with a genuine interest in understanding client needs and ensuring successful solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients after implementation
• Ensure successful onboarding, training, and adoption of deployed solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, support, and product) to resolve client issues efficiently
• Track customer health, usage patterns, and satisfaction metrics
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities through proactive engagement
• Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the product and operations teams
• Prepare and share regular account performance reports with clients
• Ensure all client commitments and SLAs are met in a timely manner

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Basic understanding of SaaS or IoT-based solutions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk is a plus
Experience:
•
Fresher to 3 years of experience
in customer success, account management, or client servicing
• Experience in B2B or technology-driven industries preferred
