Role Overview

We are looking for an Email Deliverability Leader with deep technical and functional expertise in the email ecosystem, SaaS-based campaign management, and consulting for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will bring over 10 years of martech and SaaS experience, with proven leadership in deliverability strategy, ISP relations, compliance, and customer enablement.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting into the global leadership team, responsible for ensuring business-critical email deliverability, inbox placement, and reputation management across APAC & MENA markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the email deliverability practice for , ensuring high inbox placement rates and optimal performance.
  • Manage ISP relations, email ecosystem compliance, and data privacy best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, local regulations).
  • Act as a trusted consultant to enterprise clients, advising on deliverability, sender reputation, and campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales) to strengthen email performance frameworks.
  • Define deliverability strategies and continuously monitor KPIs across ESPs.
  • Lead crisis resolution for deliverability escalations, blacklists, or ISP blocks, ensuring minimal business impact.
  • Build thought leadership by engaging in forums, webinars, and industry platforms across APAC & MENA.
  • Mentor and develop a team of email deliverability consultants.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in martech, SaaS platforms, and techno-functional consulting.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise-scale email deliverability management and ISP/domain reputation.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI).
  • Deep knowledge of email campaign infrastructure (MTAs, DNS, IP warming, segmentation).
  • Experience building deliverability consulting frameworks for large-scale customers.
  • Strong network with ISPs, anti-spam organizations, and regional industry groups.
  • Excellent stakeholder management & executive communication skills.
  • Experience working in APAC & MENA markets with understanding of regional compliance regulations.
