Job Title: AI/Conversational Agent Specialist

Location: Delhi

Experience: 1–3 years (or as suitable)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an AI/Conversational Agent Specialist to design, implement, and manage intelligent virtual agents and conversational AI solutions. The candidate will work with cutting-edge Agentic AI platforms and tools to create advanced, automated conversational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and maintain conversational AI agents using platforms such as Cognigy, Dialogflow, VAPI etc.

  • Research and evaluate access to Agentic AI resources, APIs, and relevant integrations.

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows and automations for customer support, lead generation, and internal processes.

  • Test, optimize, and monitor AI agent performance, ensuring high accuracy and user satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into AI/agent solutions.

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in conversational AI and agentic AI technologies.

  • Provide technical guidance on integration of AI agents with existing systems or third-party platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Cognigy, Dialogflow, VAPI (or similar conversational AI platforms and tools).

  • Strong understanding of AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and conversational design principles.

  • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrating AI agents with third-party applications.

  • Experience in designing chatbots, voice bots, and other AI-driven agent workflows.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills to document workflows and interact with stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in Agentic AI concepts and implementation.

  • Understanding of advanced AI models, prompts, and agent orchestration.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of AI solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
