Job Title:
Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (E-commerce)
Location:
Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380015
Process Specifics
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (Night shifts included – rotational)
- Work Mode: Work From Office only
- Shift Pattern: 6 days working, rotational shifts, 1 weekly off (rotational)
- No leaves allowed for the first 3 months after joining
Hiring Type: Contract (3 months – August Joiners)
Couple of batches may be hired as permanent employees
Joining Deadline: 14th August 2025
- Process: Voice Process (Customer Support for E-commerce customers)
- Interview Timings: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or 10+3 (No pursuing candidates)
- Freshers preferred
- Immediate joiners only
- Knowledge of Computers, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of Operating Systems (OS)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Able to comprehend English)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle voice-based customer support for e-commerce clients
- Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and product/service issues
- Accurately record customer interactions and follow company processes
- Maintain professionalism and service quality during all interactions
