Customer Support Executive – Voice Process (E-commerce)

Location:
Nehru Nagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380015

Process Specifics

  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (Night shifts included – rotational)
  • Work Mode: Work From Office only
  • Shift Pattern: 6 days working, rotational shifts, 1 weekly off (rotational)
  • No leaves allowed for the first 3 months after joining
  • Hiring Type: Contract (3 months – August Joiners)

  • Couple of batches may be hired as permanent employees

  • Joining Deadline: 14th August 2025

  • Process: Voice Process (Customer Support for E-commerce customers)
  • Interview Timings: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 or 10+3 (No pursuing candidates)
  • Freshers preferred
  • Immediate joiners only
  • Knowledge of Computers, MS Word, and MS Excel
  • Basic understanding of Operating Systems (OS)
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Able to comprehend English)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle voice-based customer support for e-commerce clients
  • Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and product/service issues
  • Accurately record customer interactions and follow company processes
  • Maintain professionalism and service quality during all interactions
