Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gold Loan Officer located in Vadodara. The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating and processing gold loan applications, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing loan disbursements. Key day-to-day tasks include assessing the value of pledged gold, handling customer inquiries, processing loan paperwork, and keeping accurate records of all transactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience with financial assessment and loan processing
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in gold valuation and handling is a plus
  • Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
