Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara. The employee will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including loan processing, customer communication, and data analysis. Specific tasks include assessing and approving loan applications, maintaining accurate financial records, offering customer support, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to facilitate smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Financial Management, Loan Processing, and Data Analysis skills
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Sales Coordination and Marketing
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the finance or banking industry is a plus
