  • Position: Apprentice (Telecalling)
  • Compensation: 13500/- per month
  • Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th) or Above
  • Experience: Freshers only
  • Job type: Full-time | Work From Office

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Make Outbound calls to customers and inform them about their loan overdue and convince them to pay the outstanding loan amount.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Target based calling with a major focus on conversion.
  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Ability to learn and implement new things quickly
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Well versed with Hindi & Gujarati languages
  • Age limit: 34 years
  • Ready to work / relocate in Vadodara
  • Immediate joiner
