  • Set and achieve high performance targets for Current Accounts & Savings Accounts (CASA) both in terms of nos and also in terms of value through Sales Manager & team of Sales Officers and Business Correspondent Manager & Network of Customer Service points.
  • Set and achieve high performance targets for Sales of third party products like Insurance, Mutual funds, etc, Through Sales Manager and team of sales officers and Business Correspondents Manager & Network of customer service points
  • Set and achieve high performance targets for high value customers like high net worth individuals, government departments, societies, trusts, Salary accounts etc, through Relationship Manager
  • Actively generate & pass on leads for cross-sell products like Gold Loan, Two-wheeler Loan, Car loan, Home loan, etc, sourced through the entire Branch team and network of customer service points
  • Recruit, onboard, mentor, review, train & develop and retain Branch staff. Prepare MIS & other reports and necessary corrective and preventive action

Experience:

  • Should have 7-10 years of experience
  • Should worked in Private sector banks, cooperative banks, PSU banks, rural banks
  • Candidate should have been in a customer-facing role in a bank branch, with experience in branch operation and branch sales
  • Should have fluency in regional languages, and in English. Ability to speak in other regional languages would be an added languages

Qualification

  • Any UG
  • MBA or Any PG would be added advantages
  • Should have certifications in JAIIB/CAIIB/IRDA/NISM modules

Competencies

  • Good Banking Knowledges and awareness on RBI guidelines
  • Should have knowledge in branch sales, Branch operations, teller operations, relationship management, cross sell
