Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Bharuch. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the smooth functioning of the branch, develop and implement business strategies, manage staff, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Branch Manager will be responsible for achieving financial targets, ensuring compliance with company policies, and enhancing branch performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in team management, leadership, and staff supervision
  • Strong understanding of business operations and strategy implementation
  • Knowledge of Destructive and Nondestructive Material testing, asset integrity Management.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
  • Proficiency in using technology and modern tools for operational efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in the metallurgy or process industry is a plus.
