Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Vadodara. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, develop and implement business strategies, and ensure the branch meets its financial goals. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for customer relationship management, ensuring excellent service, and contributing to company growth and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing staff and ensuring efficient branch operations
  • Skills in customer relationship management and delivering excellent service
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies to achieve financial goals
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
