Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing social media channels, creating marketing content, and overseeing marketing campaigns. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure all marketing efforts align with the company's goals, analyzing marketing performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and conducting market research
  • Proficiency in managing social media channels and creating marketing content
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and content marketing techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
