Role Overview :
As a Marketing Intern at Kairos Consultants, you will support the marketing team in researching market trends, setting up smart campaigns, and executing marketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role requires curiosity, analytical thinking, and a strong interest in learning how marketing decisions are driven by data and strategy. You will collaborate closely with our strategy and creative teams to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns while gaining exposure to the end-to-end marketing process.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Insights:


• Conduct secondary research on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.


• Identify emerging market opportunities and prepare concise reports or presentations for internal use.


• Support in developing marketing hypotheses and consumer insights.

Campaign Setup & Execution:


• Assist in setting up smart campaigns across platforms.


• Coordinate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.


• Track campaign timelines, delivery, and outcomes to ensure smooth execution.

Performance Optimisation:


• Collect, organize, and analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness.


• Suggest ideas for optimization based on results and learnings.

Coordination & Collaboration:


• Support senior marketing managers in project coordination and documentation.


• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for marketing communication.

Learning Outcomes

This role provides hands-on exposure to strategic marketing execution, data interpretation, and campaign performance management. You will gain real-world experience in understanding how marketing strategies are designed, tested, and optimized in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications


• Perusing or completed Bachelor's degree


• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.


• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic digital marketing concepts.


• A keen interest in marketing analytics, consumer behavior, and creative strategy.


• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
