About the Role:

We're looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our network of brand and platform partners. This role focuses on the
partner side

—collaborating with affiliate networks, e-commerce platforms, and D2C brands to drive performance marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners (e.g., e-commerce platforms, D2C brands)

  • Negotiate affiliate terms, commission rates, and campaign deals

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners

  • Coordinate promotional calendars and product campaigns

  • Monitor performance data and optimize for better ROI

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver results

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, BD, or partner management

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Solid understanding of affiliate platforms and performance metrics

  • Ability to manage multiple partnerships and meet growth targets

  • Self-starter with a strategic and analytical mindset
