About the Role

Thrillophilia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Partnerships Associate (Marketing)
to join our
Partnerships & Alliances
team. This role is designed for individuals passionate about
brand collaborations, campaign strategy, and marketing analytics
.

As part of this team, you'll work on
partner-led marketing campaigns
with global tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands. You will be responsible for
developing proposals, coordinating campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring smooth cross-team execution
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns with global partners.
  • Develop persuasive and visually structured proposals and decks (Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides).
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging destination trends.
  • Track campaign performance through UTMs, GA4, and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing, design, and CRM teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Utilize AI and digital tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, GA4, HubSpot, Similarweb, Looker) for insights and optimization.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, marketing, or business development (preferably in travel, OTA, or hospitality).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet timelines.
