Angara is seeking an experienced
Affiliate Marketing Manager
to lead and grow our global affiliate programs across key markets—USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. The ideal candidate is a performance-driven marketer with strong relationship-building skills, negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of affiliate platforms like
Impact, Awin, and Rakuten
.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management:
- Own day-to-day management of affiliate platforms (Impact/Awin/Rakuten).
- Oversee publisher recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.
- Monitor program compliance, promotions, and timely communication of offers and creatives.
Publisher Relationship Building:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates, and publishers.
- Regularly communicate updates, offers, and seasonal campaigns to affiliates.
International Market Focus:
- Develop tailored affiliate strategies for the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Australia.
- Identify market-specific publishers and platforms to expand reach and relevance.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan and launch seasonal and evergreen affiliate campaigns aligned with broader marketing efforts (e.g., Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Christmas, Mother's Day, Wedding & Engagement Season).
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop on-brand, high-converting creatives, offers and landing pages.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Track KPIs including clicks, conversions, ROAS, cost per acquisition, and partner performance.
- Identify trends and areas for optimization (e.g., commission structure, placement negotiation, exclusive deals).
- Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
Compliance & Fraud Prevention:
- Monitor affiliate activity for compliance with brand guidelines and program terms.
- Collaborate with platforms and legal teams to detect and prevent fraud.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with Digital, Content, and Product Marketing to align affiliate strategies with broader channel efforts.
- Partner with the Analytics team to integrate affiliate performance data into dashboards (Power BI/Adobe Omniture etc.).
Affiliate Innovation & Growth:
- Explore new affiliate partner types: content, shopping, cashback platforms, CLOs etc.
- Test new tools, tracking methods, and partner integrations for scaling revenue efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in eCommerce luxury DTC brands.
- Proven success managing global affiliate programs across platforms like
Impact, Awin, Rakuten
. - Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with attribution modeling, cookie tracking, and affiliate fraud prevention tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with affiliates and networks.
