Role & responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify, target, and onboard new HNI clients for CASA products through referrals, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and balance build-up targets.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing elite customers through regular interactions and service reviews.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through personalized engagement.
  • Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation:
  • Identify customer needs and cross-sell banking products such as term deposits, insurance, mutual funds, loans, etc.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and product mix targets through effective portfolio management.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Provide end-to-end banking solutions and act as a one-point contact for elite clients.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory norms.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Keep abreast of competitors products, pricing, and offers to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to recommend product improvements.

Preferred candidate profile:

Strong experience in Current & Savings Account (CASA) acquisition and portfolio management Proven ability to build and nurture HNI client relationships

Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills

A self-motivated professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment
