The Position:

The Power Apps Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality business applications using Microsoft Power Platform, aligned with client and organizational goals. The role involves working closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, build intuitive and scalable apps, and integrate diverse data sources. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep technical expertise on Power Apps, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering innovative low-code solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:


•Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.


•Build automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes.


•Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other external data sources.


•Implement reusable components using Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).


•Ensure secure, role-based access and manage user permissions within apps.


•Optimize application performance and ensure scalability following best practices.


•Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional technical specifications.


•Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces aligned with UI/UX best practices.


•Document development processes, architecture, and technical specifications.


•Support unit testing, deployment, and provide post-implementation support.

Technical Skills Required


•Proficiency in building Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps.


•Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.

Knowledge of Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Common Data Service (CDS) for data management.

Ability to integrate various data sources and services.


•Experience implementing role-based security and managing user permissions.


•Solid grasp of UI/UX principles for building intuitive interfaces.


•Understanding of app performance optimization and scalability considerations.


•Familiarity with integrating Power Apps with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft services.


•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.

Work Experience & Educational Qualifications


•3–6+ years of experience developing business applications on Microsoft Power Platform.


•Strong hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and integrating Microsoft services.


•Experience with data management using Microsoft Dataverse / CDS.


•Exposure to UI/UX design principles for app development.


•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.


•Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) preferred.
