
Senior Customer Support Executive

We are seeking experienced and articulate Senior Customer Support Executives. This role involves engaging with international customers via inbound/outbound calls, addressing queries, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and issues over voice calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and first-call resolution.
- Work with internal tools and CRM systems to log and track customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, CSAT, and adherence.
- Follow escalation protocols and collaborate with team leads for issue resolution.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process (BPO/Contact Center).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Neutral to US-accented speech with excellent voice clarity.
- Good interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts and weekends.
- Education: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
Experience Required: 1+ year in an international voice-based customer service or technical support role
