Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying and hiring top-tier talent, creating and maintaining a strong employer brand, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their recruitment needs. The Specialist will also play a role in strategizing and improving overall talent acquisition efforts in line with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Experience with Hiring and Interviewing processes
  • Knowledge in Employer Branding to attract and retain talent
  • Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage high workload and meet deadlines
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment metrics is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar senior-level recruiting role is advantageous
