Unity / VR Game Developer (Team Lead)

Location: Delhi / NCR

Experience: 3–5 years

Salary: ₹7,00,000 – ₹9,00,000 per annum

Job Summary:

We're hiring a Unity Developer experienced in VR and 3D game development who can lead a small team and build connected game systems.

You'll work on VR and 3D titles, create a launcher to manage multiple games, and integrate it with a backend for data, licensing, and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize VR and 3D games using Unity (C#).
  • Build a launcher system to organize, update, and run multiple games.
  • Integrate backend APIs for user data, content, and analytics.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers and manage sprints.
  • Ensure smooth performance across VR headsets and PCs.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Unity (C#).
  • Strong hands-on experience with VR (Oculus / OpenXR / SteamVR).
  • Solid understanding of 3D gameplay systems, physics, and optimization.
  • Experience with any backend stack (.NET, , Python, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Unity Version Control (Plastic SCM) or Git for collaborative workflows.
  • Leadership ability and clean coding habits are essential.
