Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to support IT forecasts.

2. Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and end-user systems.
  • Ensure high availability of critical business applications and data backup solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as required.

3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection

  • Develop and enforce security protocols to protect company data.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local IT regulations).

4. Vendor & Asset Management

  • Manage relationships with hardware/software vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory.

5. Team Leadership

  • Supervise, mentor, and train IT support staff.
  • Set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Provide timely technical support to all departments.

6. Project Management

  • Lead IT-related projects such as ERP implementation, cloud migration, or office relocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹33,000.00 per month
