Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to support IT forecasts.
2. Infrastructure Management
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and end-user systems.
- Ensure high availability of critical business applications and data backup solutions.
- Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as required.
3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection
- Develop and enforce security protocols to protect company data.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local IT regulations).
4. Vendor & Asset Management
- Manage relationships with hardware/software vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory.
5. Team Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and train IT support staff.
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.
- Provide timely technical support to all departments.
6. Project Management
- Lead IT-related projects such as ERP implementation, cloud migration, or office relocations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹33,000.00 per month
