Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end training and consulting programs at our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects/programs effectively, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple training and consulting programs from initiation to successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with trainers, corporate clients, academic institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop detailed program schedules, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and risks associated with each program.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing program performance and gathering stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Postgraduate degree (MBA / M.Tech / M.Sc / equivalent) from a recognized institution.

  • Experience: 0–1 years of proven experience in program/project management, preferably in the IT training or consulting sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
