We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive execution of customer adoption programs .

Role & responsibilities

Job responsibilities:

• Implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives

• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement

• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance

• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached

• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned product managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timing for new initiatives

• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and meets the needs of the target audience

Job qualifications:

• B. Tech in computer science

• At least 5 years of software industry experience

• At least 3+ years of experience as a program manager

• Hands on experience with distributed and/or cloud based systems.

Hands on experience with SQL/KQL,Power BI and Automation

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation - to peers and executives)

Main competencies we are looking at are:

• Program Management/ Project Management

• Azure Cloud Experience along with SQL/KQL, Power BI and Automation
