Overview

We're seeking an experienced
Data & AI Program Manager
to lead enterprise-scale initiatives across
data platforms, AI/ML, and GenAI programs
. The ideal candidate blends strong program management expertise with a deep understanding of
data infrastructure, analytics, and AI-driven transformation
to deliver business value through data and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver data, AI, and GenAI programs spanning data platforms, governance, and advanced analytics.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI product teams to define strategy, roadmap, and execution.
  • Drive implementation of data governance, data quality, and AI model governance frameworks.
  • Oversee data pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, and integration of AI/ML models into business workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Track KPIs around data quality, analytics ROI, model performance, and adoption.
  • Manage program timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder communication across data and AI initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of program management experience, with 3+ years in data or AI-driven programs.
  • Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL, cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks), and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, LLMs, and GenAI integration frameworks.
  • Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana.
