Client Servicing Executive

Company: Cevext Event & Hospitality Pvt Ltd

Location: Kochi

Job Overview

You will be the primary point of contact between Cevext and its clients. Your role is to ensure client satisfaction through excellent communication, timely coordination, and smooth execution of event servicing. You will handle client requirements, coordinate with internal departments (creative, operations, logistics, etc.), and ensure that events/projects are delivered as per the agreed-upon standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client briefs, requirements, and expectations and translate them into actionable tasks.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients: updates, follow-ups, feedback, issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative/design, operations, logistics, vendors) to ensure smooth execution of projects/events.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations as needed.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, deliverables are on quality, and work is within budget where relevant.
  • Assist with event planning: vendor coordination, venue, staffing, materials, etc.
  • Manage post-event feedback, prepare reports, track client satisfaction.
  • Maintain client database, documentation, records of discussions, approvals, payments.
  • Support renewals & up selling where possible, help maintain long‐term client relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
