Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Female Client Servicing Executive to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth and expansion of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and business opportunities.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the agency's services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the creative and account management teams to ensure the agency's offerings meet the highest standards and align with client expectations.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and enhance the agency's visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as a Client Servicing Executive, sales executive, or a relevant role in the advertising or related industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Market knowledge and a good understanding of the advertising industry's trends and challenges.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster meaningful relationships.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
