Key Responsibilities -Assisting Corporate Access Team in executing the Sectoral Tours in Delhi during the Jefferies 4th India Forum week from 14th to 19th SepCoordinating with India Equities team on their travel and stay arrangementsGenerating weekly Event MIS from the systemBooking venues for the various social events related to the Jefferies 4th India ForumUpdating the data of the event, wherever required. Assisting Sales Team regarding the queries received with respect to Jefferies 4th India Forum.

Managing client registrations for tours and regularly liaising with clients on tour agendas. Providing assistance to clients on travel itineraries. Onsite assistance at the Jefferies 4th India Forum in Gurgaon.

Requirement -Prior coordination experience. Excellent communication skills. Excellent Excel skills.
