Role: SaaS Technical Support Intern

As a Technical Support Intern, you'll be the first line of contact for our clients, helping them solve product-related issues and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in troubleshooting product and service issues.
  • Provide clear and timely responses to client queries through email, chat, or calls.
  • Document customer queries, reported issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate technical issues.
  • Learn and understand the company's SaaS products to provide better assistance.
  • Contribute to creating FAQs, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic knowledge of SaaS, cloud platforms, or web technologies.
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle client interactions professionally.
