Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including industrial plants, municipalities, and commercial establishments.
Conduct site visits, audits, and operational assessments to identify customer needs and pain points.
Provide post-sale technical support and resolve client concerns or issues in a timely manner.
Proposal and Quotation Development
Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including pricing, specifications, and scope of work.
Assist in creating BOQs, cost estimates, and related commercial documentation.
Support contract negotiations in collaboration with senior management to align terms with company goals and client expectations.
Project Coordination (Pre- and Post-Sales)
Liaise with internal teams—engineering, procurement, and project management—to ensure seamless project execution.
Track project milestones, including procurement, dispatch, installation, and commissioning timelines.
