**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a results-driven **Export Manager** with proven experience in the **instrumentation or industrial equipment sector**. The role involves managing client communication, export operations, technical documentation, and compliance for delivering precision instruments to global customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle end-to-end **export processes,** including documentation, compliance, and dispatch for instrumentation products (pressure, temperature, level, flow instruments)
- **Coordinate with clients** regarding product specifications, order tracking, shipment updates, and post-sales support
- Liaise with internal teams (engineering, production, QA, and dispatch) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of export orders
- Prepare and manage export documentation - Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading, Export Invoices, and other statutory papers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and country-specific documentation norms
- Maintain and grow relationships with overseas distributors, EPC clients, and consultants
- Monitor and follow up on payments, logistics, and inspection schedules
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, CHA, and third-party agencies for smooth export operations
- Prepare export MIS reports and assist in expanding into new global markets

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / International Business / Commerce
- Minimum 5 years of experience in exports within the **industrial instrumentation** or engineering products domain
- Knowledge of **process control instruments** and ability to understand technical specifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a global client base
- Working knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping terms, and export logistics
