Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer, located in Panvel. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting rate analyses, and managing billing systems. Day-to-day tasks include quantity surveying, analyzing project costs, and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing according to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Billing Systems
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Rate Analysis capabilities
  • Experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Prior experience in real estate or construction industry is a plus in
