  • Assist senior engineers and site staff in monitoring daily site activities to ensure works match drawings, specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare and update site drawings, as-built sketches and shop-drawings (AutoCAD or marked-up PDFs).
  • Carry out quantity take-offs, measurement entries in MBook/Excel and support preparation of measured BOQs for interim bills.
  • Support progress billing / running account measurements and consolidate documents for progress claims.
  • Record, track and help prepare Variation Orders (VOs) / change requests with supporting measurements and justification.
  • Maintain daily site logs, material receipt records, labour & plant deployment summaries and test/inspection records.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and on-site supervisors for timely delivery and execution; follow up on shortfalls.
  • Assist in preparing subcontract scope clarifications, RFI responses and basic contract correspondence under guidance.
  • Help maintain HSE compliance on site — ensure housekeeping, PPE use and safe method statements are followed.
  • Support quality checks: witness basic tests, log results and escalate anomalies to QA/QC lead.
  • Help track material consumption vs. estimates and flag discrepancies to seniors for corrective action.
  • Attend site coordination meetings, prepare minutes, follow up on action items and update trackers.
