**Job Description of Junior Architect**

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- **Core Concept of project design**-He/she know the project concept in terms of design perspective, considering following points
- Detailed location & Market survey.
- Design advantages of built environment.
- Existing customer mindset.
- Customer/Product/Location hypothesis.
- Feasibility, Aesthetics, Amenities & Design concept.
- Analysis for Premium Rates.
- Vision, Mission, Values of Project.
- **Approval, working, sales, facade drawing, interior**-should know about these drawings and have knowledge about interior design and drawings.
- **Site execution & Interior site visits--**Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to architectural and engineering projects, including directing the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes & Interior site visits.
- **Constant follow up-**Communicate directly with managers, production staff, marketing personnel, and clients to discuss and organize projects from original conceptual design through construction.
- **Estimation and costing-**Present design proposals and bids to clients according to prescribed deadlines, and explain relevant details, reports, expense line items, and goals in clear and persuasive language.
- **Business model-** Remain up-to-date with current and trending elements of design, construction, and technology by reading industry publications, manuals, and textbooks and attending professional development courses and events as time permits**.**
- **Sales strategy-** Assess potential projects for feasibility by researching and analysing associated technology, design requirements, governmental regulations, and market demand**.**

**Job Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline, including AutoCAD drafting
- Essential Knowledge of architectural software like Sketch up,3D, Photoshop & estimating
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques
- Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
- Strict adherence to deadlines.

**Preferred**:

- Professional Architect licensure
- Understanding of sustainable design

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
