About the Role:

We're looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive with proven Upwork bidding & client acquisition experience. You'll be responsible for generating leads, drafting proposals, managing international clients, and coordinating with our tech team for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation & client acquisition via Upwork/other portals
  • Draft & submit tailored business proposals
  • Maintain strong client relationships & negotiations
  • Collaborate with technical teams for timely project delivery

Requirements:

  • Hands-on Upwork bidding (mandatory)
  • Strong proposal writing & communication skills
  • Client handling & negotiation expertise
  • Basic knowledge of frontend & backend technologies
