What You'll Do

  • Own Amazon Advertising (AMS) campaigns—Sponsored Products, Brands, Display—and drive results with confidence.
  • Manage ad budgets of ₹10 lakh+ monthly. If you aren't comfortable playing in this league, this isn't for you.
  • Track and optimize campaign metrics: CTR, CVR, ACOS, CPC. Make sense of the numbers and use them to boost ROI, not just performance reports.
  • Adjust daily SKUs' budget limits strategically—never letting spend creep past what delivers value.
  • Dig into Excel and Google Sheets, slicing and dicing campaign data for sharp, actionable insights.
  • Roll out weekly/monthly reports that don't just tick boxes—they point to what's working, what's burning cash, and what's next.

  • ₹10 lakh+ ad budgets? You've managed them and have the scars to prove it.
  • The metrics—CTR, CVR, ACOS—aren't just acronyms. They're how you measure the health of campaigns, and you move fast when they aren't right.
  • Setting CPCs for max ROI is second nature.
  • You carry advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills—formulas, pivots, the works.
  • Communication is a strong suit. You know how to get cross-functional teams on board and share the bigger picture.
  • You're resilient, strategic, and can thrive in a hands-on, start up-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
