Job Title: Project Coordinator – PPC

Department: Project Planning & Control (PPC)

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting To: Project Manager / Operations Head

Job Summary:

Sollean is looking for a female Project Coordinator – PPC to support our project management team in ensuring timely delivery and efficient execution of multiple ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of tracking milestones, managing schedules, and facilitating communication among all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure adherence to schedules and milestones
  • Track daily progress and flag delays or risks to the project team and management in a timely manner
  • Utilize Gantt charts and other project management tools to schedule tasks and allocate resources effectively
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes (MOM), schedules, and correspondence
  • Facilitate clear communication between all internal departments, vendors, and clients to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
  • Assist the project manager in risk assessment, issue resolution, and status reporting
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize assignments based on urgency and importance
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) is preferred

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a project coordination or similar administrative role

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in using Gantt charts and project management software (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to proactively address project issues
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
