Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and analytical PPC Senior Executive to lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in PPC strategy, campaign management, analytics, and ROI optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget planning for performance campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop strategies for lead generation and conversion optimization.
  • Perform A/B testing for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with the creative and content teams to ensure effective ad messaging and visuals.
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, tools, and algorithm updates.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, keyword optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and sales teams.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience in luxury real estate marketing or high-value lead generation campaigns.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications preferred.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to data and detail.
