Job Description :

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and data entry.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company balances.
  • Ensure timely payments, invoicing, and collections.
  • Assist in tax compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and filings.
  • Support internal and statutory audits.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accuracy in financial data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
  • Basic knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS).
  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
