Graphic Designer – Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Create visually engaging designs for digital courses, marketing campaigns, website, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Support the marketing team with creatives for campaigns, ads, and events.
  • Design graphics that align with brand identity guidelines and enhance overall brand communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, academics, product) to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
  • Edit and repurpose existing creatives as per campaign needs.
  • Stay updated with design trends and suggest new ideas for creative execution.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements (Executive Level):

  • 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work (digital, print, or social media).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus.
  • Creativity with an eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver quality work within deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
