Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Aluva. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing accounts. This role involves daily prospecting, cold calling, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • Experience in Business and Account Management
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
