Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Audio Visual (AV) industry to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV solutions market
- Handle B2B and enterprise clients across corporate, education, retail, and government sectors
- Promote AV solutions including LED/LCD displays, video walls, projectors, conferencing solutions, and control systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, and channel partners
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Participate in tenders, RFPs, and large project bids
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in AV technology sales
- Strong understanding of AV products and solution selling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
- Ability to travel as required
Education:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred
