Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in the Audio Visual (AV) industry to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AV solutions market
  • Handle B2B and enterprise clients across corporate, education, retail, and government sectors
  • Promote AV solutions including LED/LCD displays, video walls, projectors, conferencing solutions, and control systems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, and channel partners
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
  • Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution design
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Participate in tenders, RFPs, and large project bids

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in AV technology sales
  • Strong understanding of AV products and solution selling
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
  • Ability to travel as required

Education:

  • Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred
