We are seeking a creative and experienced Talent Management Lead Specialist to join our Process Driver Team. This individual will have an important part in the development, implementation, and optimization of our Talent Management Systems, primarily SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HR technology, a deep understanding of talent management processes, and the ability to improve product strategy and execution while providing valuable input to operational processes.
Responsibilities- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Talent Management Solutions in alignment with the company's HR goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR business partners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure appropriate implementation.
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivering maximum value.
- Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring a clear understanding by the development team.
- Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionalities.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Coordinate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of new features and functionalities before release.
- User Training & Support: Develop training materials and provide support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new features.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, gather feedback from users, and promote continuous improvement of the Talent Management Solutions.
- Market & Industry Trends: Stay abreast of market trends and industry best practices to ensure our Talent Management Solutions remain competitive and effective.
- Operational Input: Provide insights and recommendations to HR operations teams on process improvements and efficiencies that can be achieved through enhanced use of Talent Management Solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and other functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of Talent Management Solutions with overall HR and business processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product owner or similar role within HRIT.
- Extensive experience with SuccessFactors.
- Experience with the ServiceNow HR module is a great advantage.
- Great understanding of talent management processes and HR technology.
- Enhanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
- Comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, stable environment.
- Experience providing input and recommendations for operational processes.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in a lead or specialist role within HRIT.
- Demonstrated finished project in global large-scale HRIT projects.
