key roles and responsibilities of a Talent Attraction Specialist:

1. Sourcing Candidates:

  • Utilize various online channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards, to identify potential candidates
  • Execute targeted search campaigns to build both active and passive candidate pipelines

2.Candidate Engagement:

  • Engage with potential candidates through strategic communication and marketing initiatives
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

3.Employer Branding:

  • Plan and execute employer branding activities, such as social media posts, events, and meetups.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

4.Collaboration with TA team:

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support strategic business objectives

5.Interview and Selection Procedures:

  • Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews and coordination

6.Utilization of Technology Tools:

  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in Engineering is highly preferred, although degrees in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields will be considered.
  • Experience : A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in talent sourcing or a related field is required.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
