Job Overview:
We are seeking a
dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our growing HR team at
Mitsogo
on a
1 Year contract.
You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Mitsogo's mission and growth. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Source potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, networking events, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
·
Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
·
Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and finalizing employment terms.
·
Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented.
·
Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
Requirements and Qualifications
·
MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
·
Proven experience in the HR domain, preferably in talent acquisition or recruitment.
·
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
·
Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
·
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
·
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring standards.
