About the role

We're looking for someone who thrives in uncertainty, embraces challenges, and executes relentlessly. This role is for a go-getter with the vision to grow alongside the company, taking ownership of tasks while adapting to ever-changing strategies and market conditions.

You'll work closely with technical and commercial teams, contributing to the evolution of our leading spend management product. While prior experience in a growth role is helpful, what truly matters is your drive to experiment, take initiative, and deliver results, even when it means rolling up your sleeves for the occasional mundane tasks.

What you'll do
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to maximize lead generation, brand awareness, and website traffic.
  • Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta to hit key growth KPIs.
  • Craft compelling ad creatives and messaging with a strong focus on A/B testing for higher CTRs and conversions.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum ROI.
  • Leverage analytics and data insights to fine-tune targeting, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new channels, formats, and campaign innovations.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-converting landing pages and campaign assets.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms for conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and reporting performance insights.
