About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Expert with a strong track record in driving high-velocity user acquisition and revenue growth. This role demands hands-on experience managing paid channels at scale, paired with a growth-hacker mindset and strong analytical rigor.

You will own the complete paid marketing funnel and play a key role in our most critical mission:
aggressively scaling across India, the US, and international markets
.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and own all paid marketing channels to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads
  • Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn, remarketing, video ads, and other performance platforms
  • Handle monthly marketing budgets of
    INR 50 lakhs+
    with disciplined ROI tracking
  • Build and execute targeted lead-generation campaigns for India, the US, and global markets
  • Own monthly acquisition targets for
    MQLs and SQLs
    , ensuring consistent pipeline growth
  • Optimize landing pages for both mobile and desktop to maximize conversion efficiency
  • Partner closely with the Business Development team to ensure alignment on goals and outcomes
  • Plan, monitor, analyze, and report on monthly budgets, performance data, and campaign insights
  • Ensure all marketing communications follow business, branding, and compliance guidelines
  • Track competitor activity and share market insights and best practices with the team

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on paid marketing expertise
    — Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager is mandatory
  • Experience:
    Minimum 4 years in performance marketing with a proven record of scaling large paid campaigns
  • Growth-hacker mindset:
    Strong analytical capability, data-driven experimentation, and continuous optimization
  • Data fluency:
    Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, analytics platforms, and data tools to drive decisions
  • Energy & ownership:
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Experience with global edtech or consumer-facing brands
