Organisation Part of a large and a leader in the Education Industry in India. They have a vertical for BFSI education and are the largest such organisation in the country today. They offer educational programs in BFSI sector, in collaboration with major private sector banks in India
Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a proven track record in developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  2. Analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to optimize campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources across different channels to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with the creative team, product managers, and other stakeholders to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  5. Utilize various tools and platforms to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to implement innovative strategies.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Candidate
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing, with a focus on digital channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  4. Proficiency in utilizing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and marketing automation platforms.
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage direct reports.
  6. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
  7. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.

Location: Bangalore
